What each service does not cover
- Design registration is not graphic design
- Design registration is legal protection for the appearance of a product. Creating a logo or a website is a separate, creative service.
- A website is not an IP registration
- Digital presence work helps people find and understand you. It does not, by itself, protect an idea or a brand in law.
- Patent agent registration covers patents
- Trademark filings are handled by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional, with Shinelex Oceanus coordinating the work.
- Searches inform; they do not guarantee
- Prior-art, trademark and design searches reduce uncertainty. Registration is always decided by the relevant office.
